Privacy Policy

Circadex is an incubation project operated by Daliah Group B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands. For privacy enquiries: privacy@daliahgroup.com

Daliah Group B.V. is the data controller for any personal data processed in connection with your use of Circadex. “Incubation project” means Circadex is an actively developed product under the Daliah Group umbrella — features, data sources, and methods may change; the legal entity and privacy commitments do not.

Currently, Circadex does not require an account and collects no personal data.

• No registration or login. You can use the full terminal without providing any personal information.
• Browser localStorage. If you use the Portfolio overlay, positions and preferences are stored locally in your browser only. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
• Standard server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may collect standard web server logs including IP address, browser type, and page requests. These are retained for up to 30 days for security and performance monitoring. We do not use these logs for tracking or profiling.

Circadex displays market intelligence derived from the following public data sources. We access these services server-side only. No user data is shared with them.

• Yahoo Finance — public market price data for 68 tickers. Used to compute flow scores. No user data is sent.
• FRED (Federal Reserve Economic Data) — public macro indicators (yields, CPI, Fed balance sheet). No user data is sent.
• CoinGecko — public cryptocurrency prices. No user data is sent.
• GDELT Project — public geopolitical event data. No user data is sent.
• Anthropic (Claude API) — used to generate weekly briefing narratives. Only aggregated market data (flow scores, regime classification, ratio values) is sent. No personal data, portfolio positions, or user identifiers are included in any API request.

• Supabase (EU region) — our database runs in the European Union. All durable data remains within the EU. We do not transfer data to non-EU jurisdictions.
• Upstash Redis — used as a short-lived cache (24-hour TTL) for computed market data. No personal data is cached.
• Vercel— our hosting platform. Deployments run from EU edge infrastructure where available. Vercel may process standard request logs outside the EU; see Vercel's privacy policy for details.

Circadex does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies. The only browser storage used is localStorage for your portfolio preferences (see Section 2), which is not a cookie and is never transmitted to our servers.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights under GDPR:

• Right of access — request a copy of any personal data we hold about you.
• Right to erasure — request deletion of any personal data we hold. Since we hold no personal data beyond server logs, this right is practically satisfied by default.
• Right to object — object to processing of your personal data.
• Right to portability — receive your personal data in a machine-readable format.

Circadex is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy as the product evolves (for example, when user accounts are added). The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. We will not reduce your rights without explicit notice.
