Terms of Service

Circadex is analytical software. It aggregates public market and macroeconomic data and presents derived metrics — flow scores, regime classifications, cross-asset ratios, and related signals — for informational and educational purposes.

As an incubation project, Circadex is under active development. Features, data sources, methodologies, and user-facing copy may change without notice. Historical content may be revised as methods improve. The legal entity operating the Platform and the commitments in these Terms do not change with those iterations.

Circadex is not, and does not purport to be, a regulated financial service, investment adviser, broker-dealer, or asset manager.

• Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice — general or personalised.
• No content on Circadex is a recommendation, solicitation, offer, or endorsement to buy, sell, or hold any security, commodity, currency, digital asset, or other financial instrument.
• Flow scores, regime classifications, ratio signals, contagion-chain status, AI-generated briefings, and every other output are descriptive algorithmic outputs derived from public price and macro data. They describe observed patterns. They do not predict future performance.
• Past patterns and historical analogs do not guarantee future outcomes. Any investment decision you make is yours alone. Consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you read here.

Circadex is offered under the EU analytical-software exemption; nothing on the Platform constitutes a regulated investment service under MiFID II or any other framework.

You may use Circadex for personal, non-commercial research and learning. You agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror, or resell Circadex content in bulk. Normal browser use is fine; automated ingestion at scale is not.
• Represent Circadex output as your own analysis or as professional advice to third parties without clearly citing the Platform as the source.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or disrupt the Platform, its APIs, or its infrastructure.
• Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable law, sanctions, or the terms of the upstream data providers we rely on (Yahoo Finance, FRED, CoinGecko, GDELT, and others listed in the Privacy Policy).

Circadex relies on third-party public data sources. Data may be delayed, incomplete, revised after publication, or incorrect. We make reasonable efforts to compute outputs from that data accurately, but we do not guarantee timeliness, completeness, or accuracy of any content on the Platform.

AI-generated content (for example, the weekly briefing) is clearly labelled where it appears. It is produced for informational purposes only. The Platform complies with EU AI Act Article 52 transparency requirements for AI-generated content.

The Circadex name, wordmark, visual design, compiled analytical methodology, and UI are the intellectual property of Daliah Group B.V. You may share links to the Platform freely, embed screenshots in personal commentary with attribution, and reference Circadex output in non-commercial writing with a source link.

Underlying market data remains the property of its respective providers; our aggregation and derived metrics do not grant you rights to the raw source data.

We do not guarantee uptime. As an incubation project, Circadex may be offline for maintenance, may change significantly between visits, or may be withdrawn in whole or in part at any time. We will not be liable for any loss arising from unavailability or changes to the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daliah Group B.V., its directors, employees, and contractors accept no liability for:

• Any investment decision, trade, or financial outcome that references, cites, or is informed by Circadex content.
• Any loss of profit, loss of capital, loss of data, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform.
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in third-party data we aggregate.
• Interruptions, defects, or security incidents affecting the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Dutch or EU law (including but not limited to liability for fraud, gross negligence, or intent).

You agree to indemnify and hold Daliah Group B.V. harmless from any claim, damage, or cost arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your reliance on Platform content in violation of section 2 above.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The competent courts of Amsterdam have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes affecting your rights will be surfaced on the Platform. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
